Liduen Kvaedhi
I hated travelling alone, through unknown territories, but hey what could a lonely mare say when she hated searching for a stud to take her home? That was me. A lone and in search of a stud. What mare wouldn't be though? It wasn't safe for even an elemental mare to be on her own in these lands when she knew no one and had no stud to protect her from damage and hurt. I'd almost been covered by a stallion only a few moments ago, but what can I say, he thought better of that after my daggers struck him hard there.
My dalmation spotted snow pillars carried me at a brisk trot into a sweet smelling valley. Snow still lingered here and there, but the sun's warm rays were driving of that hated bit of the seasons. I smiled as I watched some small blades of grass and a few wildflowers try to grow out of the frozen ground. I coaxed them along a little. But soon they were up and out of the ground. What can I say? I'm a child when it comes to earth and her inhabitants. The reason I allied myself with the Earth benders though my parents didn't have any elemental powers. Guess I was a special filly.
My parents said that every seventy or so years, a foal would be born that would have a deep connection with one of the four elements. Now that I think about it...I was born after seventy-three years. I was one of the rare special ones. I climbed a rise and stood, my chestnut gaze shifting about over the land stretched before me while the wind tugged gently on my grey and white tresses and banner. The world was so calm and beautiful in the Spring. My favourite season it was. The sun creapt higher into the air and I looked deeper down the valley.
Horses were gathered in pairs, trios, quartets, and groups of five or more. Not a one was on their own except for me. I smiled softly to myself as the grasses sang a soothing tune to me as the breeze slipped through their blades. Everything was calm for now. The stallion who had tried to cover me was in one of the larger groups, the center of attention. I shook my crown and then parting my kissers I sent a shrill whinny into the air. The horses in the valley looked my way and some answered back.
I made my way down the rise and entered into a trio of mares that were being smart and giving the stallions a wide berth. I smiled as the trio and I began to tell tales, but always I had one aud trained to catch any sounds of an approach. I smiled at the mare's they weren't as eyecatching as my leopard coat, but they were beautiful. One was a dappled grey, another a palomino and the other a rare grullo colour that I had seen only once before in my father's herd. Carin was a grullo. I smiled and then began to graze.

K i l i k I can be your prince charming... The tri-colored brute stepped into the crowded area. There were multiple horses, with different arrays of color and personality. Each holding their element..or possibly none at all. It wasn't the first time that I had stepped foot in these lands, no. It had just been a long time. Longer then most. Perhaps it was because I never felt the need of a companion. Spending my days wondering the lands alone. It was nothing new for me. I wasn't the biggest brute out here, but I did know how to treat a fae, and I did know how to stand my ground against the others. Twin towers swiveled back and forth, listening the small talk conversations going on.
Deep liquids turned to find a brute that was being swooned over by young mares. A chuckle was sent out into the atmosphere. Boy, did he think he was hot stuff. I figured he wouldn't be once a hint of danger lurked around the corner. Probably be the first to cower and run. Skull shook a little as scanned the small groups of equines. It was nothing new. A few mares looked my way and sent over little calls, trying to get me to come their way, but they would just have to wait.
Short stocky pillars carried my bodice around the lands. Twin towers still catching sounds, and liquids still moving about. That was when a spotted mare caught my gaze. Yes she did stand out more then the rest. A faint smile came to my facials as I made my way over towards her. The warm sun rays seemed to bounce off my coat and give it a small shine. The feathers around my hooves danced about with each step taken. I stopped a few feet from her. Hello Lyrics cooed out towards her in a gentle calming matter. What brings a fine fae like you here on this beautiful day lryics were the same as before. A light breeze swept through my locks as I spoke....or your worst nightmare

I lifted my crown as my auds tipped toward a new voice in the lands, one that hadn't been there a few moments ago. Tearing myself away from the little group in which I had been standing I looked up to the stallion who'd spoken. He was pretty handsome. A paint, and he had feathered legs. He was an odd stallion, of a breed I hadn't seen in ages, not since I was little and living in the wilds. I smiled softly as his lyrics drifted my way. Hello. What brings a fine fae like you here on this beautiful day? I couldn't help it, I gave a soft laugh.
"Such a question from a stallion like you." I told him with a smile as I took a step closer to him. "I come wandering alone into the valley for I do not like the thought of settling in anywhere, at least not right now. But f course, it is not safe for even Elemental's to be alone." I said to him softly as I tipped my head softly to one side. I didn't know his alliance, but within his prescence I felt safe. I smiled again as I waited for him to speak.

K i l i k Pleasure The Vanner brute listend intently to what the fae had to say. She was right, especially for a mare to be out and about by herself wasn't the best idea. Though he did know of a few that held great power in these lands that were vixens. Anyway back to the one before him. Her coat was the main thing that had caught his interest. As he had never met one of her color, they seemed rare in these lands. A faint smile tugged as his kissers as the fae spoke of not settling down just yet. I don't blame you. Sometimes the right stallion just never comes about. I know of few that don't seem to want to settle either A small chuckle was given at his own words. Liquids scanned the small group of equines as they seemed to fade away from the pair, not wanting to interupt. You are a wise mare to come here and be under some sort of protection. lyrics spoke out in a soft tone. Showing that he was non-threatening and on her side, whatever side that may be. So when do you plan to settle down? lyrics asked, curious to see what she had to say.ooc:getting museless..sorry
